RETURNS
Full price items can be returned for website credit only. You will be emailed a code to use for future purchases. The refund amount will not be returned to your card. Sale price items are final purchase and cannot be returned. No exceptions. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. All packaging must also accompany the return (original hanger and protective plastic bag). Any and all returned items will be charged a restocking fee of 7.95 per item. Items purchased from hiltonhollis.com cannot be returned to our specialty stores. Upon receipt of returned goods, Hilton Hollis reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
You must contact us at info@hiltonhollis.com to request a RA# (Return Authorization #). This number must be written on the outside of the box when returning the goods, along with a copy of the actual RA document inside the box.

EXCHANGES
We cannot process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on hiltonhollis.com. You may place your reorder at any time.
REFUNDS
Hilton Hollis | Avayden International LLC will issue a refund credit in the form of a code to use on future purchases. This will be emailed to you upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 10-14 days from the time those items arrive at our warehouse. The refund amount will not be issued back to your original form of payment. The restocking fees will be debited from the credit amount.
