RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full price items can be returned for a refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale price items are final purchase and cannot be returned. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Items purchased from hiltonhollis.com cannot be returned to our specialty stores. Upon receipt of returned goods, Hilton Hollis reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
You must contact us at email@example.com or by calling +1.212.575.0514 to request a RA# (Return Authorization #). This number must be written on the outside of the box when returning the goods.

We cannot process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on hiltonhollis.com. You may place your reorder at any time.
Hilton Hollis | Avayden International LLC will refund the original form of payment according to our policies outlined above. We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
